Privacy Policy
How CollingridgePT handles your data.
This policy explains what information we collect through the CollingridgePT website, account portal, browser extension, and related services.
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Who We Are
CollingridgePT is a prospect qualification and engagement intelligence service for LinkedIn Sales Navigator users. References to “CollingridgePT”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the CollingridgePT platform and browser extension.
If you have questions about this policy or your data, email powertool@collingridge.com.
Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, password hash, subscription status, plan, licence key, account settings, Profile Groups, ICP Profiles, run controls, comment drafting settings, and support messages.
When you use the browser extension, we may process visible LinkedIn Sales Navigator page content required to run the service. This can include profile names, job titles, company information, profile URLs, about/profile details, job history, recent activity, post content, post URLs, and related assessment evidence selected by the extension.
We also collect service usage information such as licence checks, extension version, run status, selected/skipped/review-required outcomes, post classification outcomes, error details, timestamps, approximate usage counts, and sanitised debug logs.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect health information, payment card numbers, security question answers, PINs, private messages, emails, chat messages, GPS location, or general browser history.
The extension is designed to run only in the Sales Navigator workflow and does not monitor unrelated websites or track keystrokes, mouse movement, or general network traffic.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage your account, verify your licence, provide subscription features, sync settings to the extension, assess contacts and posts, generate recommendations or draft comments when enabled, maintain run history, provide support, secure the service, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.
We use your Profile Groups, ICP Profiles, refined guidance, selected settings, and relevant Sales Navigator evidence to ask AI providers to assess contacts or posts. AI responses are used to return decisions, recommendations, summaries, suggested topics, or draft comments to you.
AI Processing
CollingridgePT uses AI providers, currently including OpenAI where configured, to perform contact assessment, post assessment, profile guidance refinement, and comment-related recommendations. We send only the information needed for the requested assessment or refinement.
Raw LinkedIn evidence is used for the AI request and should not be stored in debug logs, training event records, or AI request records. Stored records are intended to contain sanitised metadata, assessment outcomes, short summaries, counts, configuration references, and operational status.
Payments And Billing
Payments, trials, billing details, and subscription management are handled by Stripe. We receive subscription identifiers, customer identifiers, plan/status information, renewal/trial dates, and related billing event metadata from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Browser Extension Permissions
The CollingridgePT extension uses browser permissions to store local settings, interact with user-initiated Sales Navigator pages, open and manage workflow tabs, inject the scripts required for the product interface, and communicate with the CollingridgePT platform.
Host access is used so the extension can read and process the Sales Navigator pages needed for prospect and post review. The extension sends platform API requests to CollingridgePT so your account settings, licence, and AI-assisted assessments can be used across sessions.
Sharing Information
We share information with service providers only where needed to operate the service. These providers may include hosting, database, email, payment, analytics/diagnostic, and AI infrastructure providers.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We retain account, subscription, licence, settings, run history, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Sanitised debug logs and operational records may be retained for a shorter period where practical. You can contact support to request deletion of your account data, subject to legal, security, and billing record requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including password hashing, session protections, licence validation, environment-managed secrets, access controls, and sanitised logging practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should keep your account password and licence key confidential.
Your Choices And Rights
You can update your account details, Profile Groups, ICP Profiles, and settings from the account portal. You can cancel or manage billing through the billing portal where available.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Contact support to make a request.
International Processing
CollingridgePT and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Children
CollingridgePT is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may notify users through the service or by email where appropriate.
