Terms for using CollingridgePT.

Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who accesses or uses CollingridgePT, including the website, account portal, browser extension, APIs, subscription services, support services, and AI-assisted prospecting and engagement features.

By creating an account, installing the extension, starting a trial, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using CollingridgePT on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Account Registration And Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details and licence key secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or extension licence.

You must not share your account or licence key outside your organisation, resell access, or allow unauthorised users to operate the service through your account.

Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, And Cancellation

Paid plans, trials, billing, renewals, and cancellation are handled through Stripe or another payment provider we may use. Trial periods and subscription prices are shown during checkout and may vary by plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal where available, or by contacting support. Unless required by law, fees already paid for a subscription period are generally non-refundable.

If a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a trial ends without a valid paid subscription, access to paid features may be limited, paused, or disabled.

Browser Extension And Sales Navigator Use

CollingridgePT is designed to support user-initiated workflows in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CollingridgePT complies with LinkedIn's terms, your organisation's policies, and applicable law.

The extension may read visible Sales Navigator page content required to assess contacts, posts, activity, and company information. You must only use the extension on pages and accounts you are authorised to access.

User Responsibilities And Lawful Use

You must not use CollingridgePT for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory purposes. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, plan limits, licence checks, usage controls, or technical restrictions.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for deciding whether any contact, list, message, comment, or engagement action is appropriate.

AI-Generated Outputs

CollingridgePT uses AI to assist with prospect assessment, profile guidance, post classification, suggested comment topics, and draft comments. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

AI-generated assessments, suggestions, and drafts are provided for review and assistance only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or strategic advice, and you remain responsible for any decisions or actions you take.

No Automated LinkedIn Actions

CollingridgePT is designed to keep externally visible relationship actions under your control. The service does not automatically send LinkedIn messages, send connection requests, like posts, or publish comments without your approval.

Where the extension helps organise lists, identify opportunities, suggest topics, or draft comments, you must review and decide what action to take.

Fair Use Policy

CollingridgePT is provided for reasonable business prospecting and engagement workflows. Fair use includes normal use of the product within the plan limits shown in the product, account dashboard, and checkout flow.

You must not use the service for bulk scraping, resale of data or access, automated harvesting, excessive request volumes, attempts to bypass plan limits, attempts to overload the service, or activity that harms CollingridgePT, third-party services, or other users.

We may monitor usage patterns to protect reliability and prevent abuse. If we reasonably believe your usage is excessive, abusive, or outside fair use, we may contact you, throttle requests, limit features, pause processing, require a plan change, suspend access, or terminate the account.

Data, Privacy, And Third-Party Providers

We use third-party providers for services such as hosting, database infrastructure, email, payments, diagnostics, and AI processing. By using CollingridgePT, you understand that information may be processed by these providers where needed to operate the service.

Intellectual Property

CollingridgePT, including the website, extension, software, branding, design, workflows, prompts, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for your own account content and configuration. You must not copy, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create competing products from the service except where expressly permitted by law.

Availability, Changes, And Suspension

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, browser changes, LinkedIn interface changes, AI provider availability, or infrastructure issues.

We may change, add, remove, or limit features over time. We may suspend or restrict access where needed for security, abuse prevention, payment failure, legal compliance, or service reliability.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

CollingridgePT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs or third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using CollingridgePT at any time and may cancel your subscription through the available billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, or create security, legal, or operational risk.

After termination, we may retain records where required for billing, legal, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
